Elissa Childers is the owner/chef of Culinary Creation. Elissa (pronounced Alyssa) graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's in Culinary Arts and an Associates in Food Entrepreneurship. She has been working in the Food and Beverage industry for over 20 years with most of her experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Elissa became a mom, and got a quick understanding of what it was like to be a working mom and put a healthy dinner on the table. She has decided to start this career of "home cooked meals" for other families or individuals who don't have the time to prepare meals but always want that home cooked meal.
Culinary Creation does not work with a nutrtionist. We believe that cooking the way your grandma did with fresh food, non-processed ingredients and portion control will help your body the correct way.
